Acceptance of Terms and Conditions in this Usage Agreement 

This usage agreement concerns your use of the content, services and products that are located at the website www.cfs-ab.org and any portion thereof (the “Web Site”), which is owned by The Catholic Family Service of Calgary. In this Usage Agreement, “you” and “your” refers to any individuals and/or entities accessing this Web Site for any reason. Please read this Usage Policy carefully before using this Web Site.

By using this Web Site, you are indicating that you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth herein. Also, you are indicating that you understand Catholic Family Service may revise this Usage Agreement from time to time without providing any notice to you. We recommend that you visit this page periodically to review the Usage Agreement for changes. Your continued use of the Web Site indicates you agree to any such revisions. If you do not accept this usage agreement, you may not access this Web Site or use any of the content, products or services provided on or through this Web Site.

This site is owned and maintained by Catholic Family Service. Catholic Family Service authorizes you to access and view the Web Site and to print out forms, web pages, and publications that are available at this Web Site for the general public solely for non-profit purposes, provided that you agree to the following: 

You agree not to copy, create derivative works, duplicate, display, distribute, download, upload, modify, publish, publicly perform, sell, resell, transmit, transfer, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the “Content,” which is defined throughout this Usage Policy as: all of the products, services and information, including, but not limited to, all of the page headers, images, graphics, text, logos, button icons, design, layout, software (including source code), sounds, music, video files, and data provided on this Web Site, with the exception of downloadable forms, publications and other interactive on-line forms that are intended for public or member usage (collectively, the “Content”). Should any provision of this Usage Agreement be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a proper legal authority, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected. If any part of this Usage Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Usage Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
