Catholic Family Service and the Unlocking Potential (UP) Foundation are guided by the belief that education is a route out of poverty for many of the people we serve.
We are grateful for valued partnerships that allow us to award scholarships each year to graduates of Louise Dean Centre: young mothers who often face financial barriers to further education.
On June 28, 2018, we were honoured to present four scholarships that will help recipients pay for tuition, school fees, books, supplies, trade tools and, in some cases, child care costs, rent and utilities while attending a post-secondary institution.
Congratulations to all of the scholarship recipients!
