Currently we are only able to offer this program to people that can attend in person. If you would like to try a free online course, please check out www.palousemindfulness.com – a site where you can go through the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction curriculum online at your own pace and for free!
Call our intake line at 403-205-5294 or email at email@example.com. They will put you on the waiting list and let you know when the next session will be held.
The true cost of the program is $300, however we operate on the same “pay what you can afford” philosophy that all of our counselling programs follow.
Our MBSR-Informed group runs for 8 weeks, with one 2 hour session per week and daily home practice in between these sessions. We ask that if you will need to miss more than 1 class that you consider waiting for the next offering.
