In the first session your counsellor will review consent with you and answer any questions you might have. Together you will create goals and a direction for your hopes for counselling. Fit in the relationship is important to us and your counsellor will ask your feedback on how you feel things are going to make sure we are meeting your needs.

You may find that you only need a few sessions, or all 8.  You and your therapist will evaluate this as you go, as well as create a plan for transitioning out of counselling when needed.
