We serve individuals and families from all faiths and cultures and are guided by compassion and reverence for all of humanity. We welcome anyone who would benefit from our supports—regardless of where they come from, who they choose to love, how much money they have, or where they go to pray. Read more about who we serve.

Rapid Access Counselling

From the pandemic to the financial market, and even working from home, all of us are under immense stress. We are here for you in the midst of that. Our counselling sessions are delivered using online video conferencing, so you can stay home and stay well.

Online Self-Help

Are you looking for resources and tips to help you process your experiences but are not sure where to find accurate information? We’ve got you covered. In our self-help resources, our professional counselling staff have combined their knowledge with data from other reputable sources on topics like addiction, depression and positive parenting.

Mindfulness Mondays at 2:30 pm!

MindfulnessMondaysNeed a break in your day? Feeling like you need to slow down from what’s going on around us?

Join us for Mindfulness Mondays. A counsellor will take you through a short guided mindfulness experience that will be geared for the whole family! Join us through the video platform Zoom and create a sense of connection with other community members who may need a little break in their day.

Our counsellors and guests are talking about building strong families and sharing ideas for how families are adjusting to new circumstances.
